I tried the recipe included with the shipment this month.  It was superb!!  I used blue cheese rather than goat cheese and the combination of the very berry balsamic with the blue cheese was a taste delight.  My husband said it was one of the best things he had ever tasted.  I would have to agree.  Thank you for the new taste treat. 


In case you didn't know, your very berry balsamic is wonderful on vanilla ice cream. yum!
