1 package cooked angel hair pasta
2 Tbs roastest sesame seeds
1/2 cup of your favorite Calivirgin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup peanuts
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Green onions to taste
1. Combine all oils with red pepper flakes and heat.
2. Remove from heat and add honey, soy sauce, and salt.
3. Mix noodles, green onions, sesame seeds, peanuts, and oil mixture.
3. Can eat warm but best cold.
Keeps well for a week.
Suggestions: add more peanuts or sprinkle on top when serving. Also very mild heat, could use more red pepper flakes if you like some spice.
