Grilled Corn with a Kick

Feature this corn to your next backyard BBQ!

Ingredients

  • 4-6 ears fresh corn, shucked
  • Calivirgin Hot Virgin Jalapeño Olive Oil or Jalapeño Garlic Olive Oil
  • garlic salt
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. Place corn on baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle Calivirgin Hot Virgin Jalapeño Olive Oil over corn.
  3. Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over corn.
  4. Wrap each ear in foil and place on hot grill for 15 minutes or until tender.
  • Additions: Don’t have a grill? Boil the corn in salted water and then add olive oil and seasoning prior to serving.
