Red Meat Marinade

Try this marinade with your favorite cut of red meat (steak, filet, kebab, etc.)

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Calivirgin Hot Virgin Jalapeño Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Calivinegar Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine the above ingredients in a Ziploc bag.
  2. Add red meat, chill and marinate for at least 2 hours to overnight.
  3. Remove red meat from marinade, sprinkle with salt and pepper on all sides and place on a hot grill.
    • Additions: Vegetarian? Use this marinade on fresh vegetables before grilling.
