Red Meat Marinade
Try this marinade with your favorite cut of red meat (steak, filet, kebab, etc.)
Ingredients
1/3 cup Calivirgin Hot Virgin Jalapeño Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp Calivinegar Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Combine the above ingredients in a Ziploc bag.
Add red meat, chill and marinate for at least 2 hours to overnight.
Remove red meat from marinade, sprinkle with salt and pepper on all sides and place on a hot grill.
Additions: Vegetarian? Use this marinade on fresh vegetables before grilling.
