Best flavor
My friend and I had lunch at her house, she had the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I loved both. So I ordered the vinegar. Myself and my husband , who doesn't usually like balsamic vinegar , love this in marinades and it's our new favorite "dressing" on salad. It's amazing, just a bit of sweet with song zing. I discovered this vinegar while in Hilton Head, SC vacationing. I was at a specialty food store and purchased a bottle. I've loved it ever since! Mellow, sweet and full-bodied flavor! My son used it on a charcuterie board that he made for a family event at Christmas and everybody wanted to know where he got the balsamic vinegar from!

I have been searching for a new source of balsamic vinegar and finally found it! I live in North Carolina and the best balsamic vinegar in the region went out of business during COVID. I was so happy when I went to a specialty grocery store on Hilton Head Island, in South Carolina, and discovered Calivinegar. It has a deep and sweet flavor and is delicious!
