I love this with a little bit of Calivirgin olive oil on salads. It's my go-to dressing because it adds a little bit of sweetness.
This the an amazing balsamic. I use it on lettuce and it's wonderful on vanilla ice cream.
So delicious - I didn't think Coldani's balsamic vinegar could get any better, but the Very Berry Ginger is especially delcious paired with the Blood Orange olive oil.
This vinegar was such a wonderful find. I always thought greens -- well all vegetables really --tasted like the ground they were grown in. I adore making a salad with this product and do not even add any oil. My favorite is baby spinach with chopped up trail mix, a sliced hard-cooked egg, and fresh berries. Yum!
I first tasted this vinegar at the 2014 Sacramento Farm to Fork Festival. They were generously giving sample tastings. I was hooked right away. I just wish the local supermarkets would carry this.
