This is my favorite product. I use it regularly as salad dressing with a bit of olive oil. Recently used as a marinade for salmon, then cooked over a campfire. The entire group LOVED it, even the 1 person who said she didnt like salmon. Wish there were more than 5 stars

So delicious - I didn't think Coldani's balsamic vinegar could get any better, but the Very Berry Ginger is especially delcious paired with the Blood Orange olive oil.
This vinegar was such a wonderful find. I always thought greens -- well all vegetables really --tasted like the ground they were grown in. I adore making a salad with this product and do not even add any oil. My favorite is baby spinach with chopped up trail mix, a sliced hard-cooked egg, and fresh berries. Yum!
I first tasted this vinegar at the 2014 Sacramento Farm to Fork Festival. They were generously giving sample tastings. I was hooked right away. I just wish the local supermarkets would carry this.
