Our Sommelier Pairings rotate often, creating a unique experience with every visit and showcasing seasonal ingredients and flavor combinations designed to surprise and delight.
This featured pairing includes:
- Mozzarella with fire roasted bell peppers, Calivinegar Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar, and Calivirgin Basil Olive Oil
paired with our Calivines Blanc de Blancs - Goat cheese with peach pepper preserves and Calivirgin Lemon Olive Oil on a Rustic Bakery cracker paired with our 2023 Calivines Muscat
- Strawberry chocolate mousse with Calivinegar Strawberry Balsamic vinegar paired with our 2023 Calivines Rosé of Pinot Noir
- Sea salt walnut fudge with Calivirgin Blood Orange Olive Oil
paired with our 2022 Calivines Zinfandel
