Calivirgin Lusty Lemon Olive Oil is milled exactly the same way as our premium extra virgin olive oil, except lemons are crushed together with the olives. The result is a fresh, unfiltered premium oil with no additives, or preservatives that has a natural lemon flavor. Drizzle it over grilled fish, toss it with salad greens, or use it to marinate chicken for a bright and flavorful meal. Bellissima!

    I bought Lusty Lemon olive oil after having it over vanilla ice cream at the Lodi shop. So delicious! Since then, I have used it to make both sweet and savory dishes. I think my favorite is the Lemon Basil Olive Oil Cake recipe on the Calivirgin website.

    I tried this at the tasting section in the shop. It was so good I had to get some. It is not too lemony, just right.

    Best lemon infused olive oil

    I use lemon infused olive oil often in my cooking. I have found this to be the best. I have to order directly from calibration because no one carries it in my area. I think that it’s worth my effort to get the best.

    This is one of my favorites. I use it with a mix of spices for bread dip, with no vinegar, over salad, tapa, or to cook salmon.

    This is the best lemon olive oil I've ever tried and now I can't be without it for making vinaigrettes, drizzling over fish and chicken or vegetables. The flavor is amazing. True lemon flavor.

    The lemon flavor of this olive oil is so pure, fresh and delightful you'll want to use it on everything. So much better than any other lemon oil I've used, can't buy anything else now. Recently received the lime and ordering the garlic to try, along with more lemon.
