Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on carrier and location, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

  • Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We can only deliver to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

  • Damages or Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Calivirgin products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused, and resalable items. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, opened food items (including olive oils and vinegars) cannot be returned. Gift cards and digital products are also non-returnable.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at the information below. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding your refund approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the unwanted item and place a new order.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll replace the item at no cost to you.

Returned Shipment Policy

Occasionally, shipments may be returned to us by the carrier if delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

  • Recipient unavailable to accept delivery after multiple attempts

  • Refusal of delivery by the recipient

If your order is returned to us:

  • Reshipment: We are happy to reship your order to the correct address. A reshipping fee (including the cost of return shipping charged by the carrier) will apply.

  • Refunds: If you prefer not to have the order reshipped, we can issue a refund for the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customer Responsibility: To avoid delays or additional fees, please double-check your shipping details at checkout and ensure someone is available to receive the package. We will also make every effort to get your returned shipment out to its intended recipient but in the rare event that we are unable to get updated recipient information we will return orders to inventory after 30 days of holding and note a credit for the amount on file.
