We've been using the aged balsamic on steaks in the cast iron skillet. So delicious. We live the ages citrus on salmon, chicken and salads.

This is my absolute favorite balsamic vinegar, I order it online about 3 to 4 times a year in big quantities. It's so delicious and thick and the quality is great. I bring it to parties in place of a bottle of wine and the host always loves it!

This is my second order. I particularly love the fresh garlic, flavor which is so fantastic, but does not overpower the deliciousness of the olive oil itself.
