Calivinegar Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar - One Gallon

It's the best thick and tasty balalmic I've ever had. Period. Pricey, but worth it. Lasts for a year in my house. A must have for my pantry.

I have been buying Calivinegar aged balsamic vinegar for many years now. First tasted it at a wine festival in Los Gatos and brought small bottles home with me.. I used them up quickly and that is when I started “importing” larger quantity to. We York. I use it for some of my own recipes and have also tried some of your wonderful recipes. Some of my friends have tried to convince me that they have balsamic just as good but less expensive. Don’t know what they are talking about. This vinegar is the best ever and worth the price. Keep up the good work.

This balsamic vinegar is so good you can put it on just about anything. The consistency is similar to a pure maple syrup without the nasty additives some other “thick” balsamic s use. I’m so happy I found this company and their amazing products. My salad game has definitely stepped up to the big leagues.

This is the absolute best. I use it in place of salad dressing. Its so delicious i could drink it.
