It is a an outstanding product of great quality. I do want to mention that the bottle cap was defected and while it did not spill, it does not not close hermetically.

Best flavor
My friend and I had lunch at her house, she had the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I loved both. So I ordered the vinegar. Myself and my husband , who doesn't usually like balsamic vinegar , love this in marinades and it's our new favorite "dressing" on salad. It's amazing, just a bit of sweet with song zing.
