    This balsamic is excellent for dipping as well as combining with olive oil for dressing. I always get it when I'm visiting Lodi and glad it's also online because I like to keep a couple bottles stocked in my pantry. It's hard to find any other balsamic like it because it's just so thick and rich!

    I have reviewed this in the past, but I will again. This is THE best balsamic vinegar. I bought a few ounces of balsamic in Italy years ago (at $42 !) and I fell in love. I had searched for that taste for years and then found this. It tastes almost exactly the same as the 30 year aged Italian brand at a wonderful price! I am never without this. Also, the CaliVirgin club is the best, so many wonderful products you get to try throughout the year, as well as a reduced price on all products you buy.
