Balsamic barrel
Excellent on a lettuce wedge with a little blue cheese added, can't eat this often enough

Rich and Thick
Great paired with Calivirgin EVOO on salads and as a dip. Cant beat the texture and flavor compared to other balsamics that leave a bitter taste .

Best Balsamic Vinegar Ever!
I have been a huge fan of your balsamic vinegar for several years, and have started purchasing it by the gallon because I use it so frequently. I've given bottles away as gifts, and just recently shared a taste with a friend from Utah who fell madly in love with it too. We immediately ordered the gallon to split, and I always ensure I have my own supply on hand as well. I use it in salads, on most of my steamed vegetables, and even drizzled on steaks , fish and salads. I've yet to find something on which it doesn't taste fabulous.!! I highly recommend your balsamic oil!!!

Simply the Best
Until I tasted Calivirgin Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar at a wine festival in Los Gatos, I thought balsamic vinegar was ok but didn't know what all the fuss was about. Now I know, there is balsamic vinegar and there is Calivirgin Balsamic Even when I bought more costly aged balsamic here in New York, I wasn't impressed. This is the finest balsamic product I have ever tasted, and it is worth the price for the difference it makes in all my cooking and salad dressings. I won't use any other balsamic vinegar again.
