I love this olive oil, I put it on my homemade hummus daily and it is delicious!
A must to have - a favorite to add to cooked vegetables ie. broccoli, spinach and salads. Does not brown the cooked or steamed vegetables as fresh lime juice does and you can still enjoy the added flavor of lime.
As with all of the other flavored Calivirgin oils, the flavor in the Lime is well balanced. I'm enjoying it immensely!
