This vinegar is exceptional! I have tried many brands, but this is hands down the best quality, look no further. The consistency is just right and the flavor is delectable. I use it for so many things, as a salad dressing, drizzle it on avocados, caprese salad and Balsamic chicken or pork! You cannot get a better value for the price of the 1 liter bottle.

I often buy the balsamic vinegar bottle. This time with the new plastic bottle, I like it because it's very economic save me money. I hope the quality is not different between glass and plastic material. So far my family enjoy its sweet, sour, and thickness.
