Chili Lime Tilapia

Made with our Lavish Lime Olive Oil

  • 1 pound tilapia fillet
  • 1 tablespoon chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, about 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon Calivirgin Lavish Lime Olive Oil


  1. Preheat oven to 400˚F
  2. In a small bowl, mix the chili powder, cumin, cayenne, salt, pepper, and Calivirgin Lavish Lime Olive Oil with the lime juice.
  3. Using a basting brush, generously coat each side of the tilapia fillet with the marinade.
  4. Bake fish for 12 minutes in a preheated oven until edges begin to crisp and the fish is moist and flaky.
  5. While the fish is baking, prepare the crema. Combine avocado, cilantro, salt, pepper, Calivirgin Lavish Lime Olive Oil, and yogurt in a blender. Blend until mixture is smooth.
  6. Serve tilapia topped with avocado crema and freshly chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
