Balsamic Mushrooms

Made with our Calivinegar Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar

Servings: 4   |   Prep Time: 5 min   |   Total Time: 25 min

  1. Toss the mushrooms in the oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Arrange in a single layer on a baking pan and roast in a preheated 400°F oven until the mushrooms are tender, about 20 minutes, mixing halfway through.
