    Years ago I learned about international Olive Oil scams; substandard + usually overprocessed to rancid, oils advertised as 100% EEOV, shipped in & blended from multiple sources, etc. So I began ordering a highly rated imported OOEV from Greece but shipping cost was high. I decided to try this calivirgin. When I opened my first container of Calivirgin EEOV I was so impresssed by the fresh fragrance. In my opinion it's taste, quality and fragrance exceeds the imported oil. I have since bought numerous gallons of Calivirgin EEOV and don't plan to buy any other brand as I am completly impressed and satisfied with this wonderful Olive Oil. ** COOC certified is a must for me.

    Great for salads, cooking, and on vegetables in lieu of butter. This is our go-to oil. Best to just put in a standing order.

    I go thru 2-4 gallons of EVOO each year, mostly for salad dressing at home. I used to think good California olive oil was about as likely as good Texas wine (I live in Austin.) This Calivirgin EVOO has really turned my head around. Now, nothing else comes between me and my salads!

    I am Italian and have struggled for years to find a good olive oil in the U.S. I finally found a product that is comparable with the best olive oil of Tuscany. Could not be happier for me and my family:)
