THE BEST Olive oil
My sister moved to Lodi in 2016 - and found Calivirgin soon after. When I visited we went in and became a Member so I could purchase at a discount from home. My friends all love this olive oil too - so it makes GREAT gifts. Beautiful white bottle keeps the light out. I've been to Italy - this EVOO is THAT good!

Everthing I had hoped for
Very satisfied wth this oil. I drizzle it on thick toasted bakery bread, then add gound sea salt a a drip of teduced balsamic.

Amazing control and flavor!
This is my favorite of all olive oils, it is so clean and pure and honestly, my favorite part is the design of the dispenser top which allows you to dispense it from a medium to very fine stream so I can distribute it precisely in locations and quantities I desire. The flavor does not overpower foods when used alone, but enhances flavors when used for cooking.

Extremely Fresh Olive Oil
Saw the tasting room when visiting family in the area from the freeway and found out that William Sonoma sells this product and picked up a bottle at my local store. The oil is delightful to cook with.. light, crisp, and very fresh! Looking forward to visiting the store in Lodi one day but for now will settle on purchasing it at WS. Excellent oil.. it will not disappoint!
