    Saw the tasting room when visiting family in the area from the freeway and found out that William Sonoma sells this product and picked up a bottle at my local store. The oil is delightful to cook with.. light, crisp, and very fresh! Looking forward to visiting the store in Lodi one day but for now will settle on purchasing it at WS. Excellent oil.. it will not disappoint!

    Since I am on a restricted diet, I allow myself the luxury of Caldani Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is my salad dressing and butter substitute, and frankly, I think it is better. You owe it to yourself to try this olive oil. It is just superb.
